Telehealth Full-Time and Hourly Positions for Licensed California Providers
Our mission is to provide holistic, culturally sensitive services in helping our clients address their needs and improve their quality of life. CALA Psychological Services, Inc. is seeking Licensed Clinicians to join our growing group practice. CALA is a multi-specialty and multi-lingual group of mental health professionals.
CALA works with a diverse population of children, adults, and older-adults. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy. CALA’s providers also work alongside multidisciplinary teams providing services in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Client inquiries, screenings, scheduling, insurance credentialing and paneling is handled by our Business Office staff.
We are looking for independent, tech-savvy, motivated providers to join our group practice. Providers have the flexibility of setting their own schedules.
Candidates must complete an 8-hour Telehealth course (Currently offered for free by the American Psychological Association). Please note, this position is remote and will continue to be remote even after the pandemic.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Care, Assessing, Diagnosing, Treatment Planning, and Crisis Management. Maintain timely Intake and Session Notes in electronic documenting program, submit weekly claims-sheets and invoice lists. Providers attend bimonthly staff consultation meetings.

Compensation for Full-Time Employees:
Licensed Psychologist $90,000 to $95,000
LMFT & LCSW $70,000 to $75,000

Compensation for Hourly Employees, please note this is a W2 position:
Licensed Psychologists $55 Hourly
LMFT & LCSW $45 Hourly
