Online Therapy

Life can be hard and hectic at times and we understand getting to our office may not be feasible for many.  Getting help shouldn't be difficult, that's why we offer Online therapy! We conduct sessions on Doxy, a secure HIPPA compliant telehealth platform. We also offer phone sessions if video is not possible. 

 

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a highly effective form of treatment where it allows individuals to understand themselves in the context of their relationships so that they can make more informed, healthy, and adaptive choices based on a deeper awareness of their feelings, interpersonal behaviors, reactions, and patterns. 

Group therapy provides a space for individuals to get support and feedback from their peers who are going through similar issues. Therapy groups typically focus on a specific topic and are facilitated by one of our expert psychologists
